After being a customer of a boarding kennel for almost 10 years, I made a reservation for my little Min Pin - when I drove up to the kennel the day before we had to leave for our business trip, I was dumbfounded to find the door locked and no one there. Apparently, they had given me the Mon-Fri hours even though my reservation was for Saturday.

Many desperate phone calls later, I found Mike at Wag Watchers. He contacted one of his pet sitters, Deborah, right away and arranged a home visit for my little girl for that same day. The visit went well and I felt quite comfortable leaving my Annie with Deborah - she didn't even mind that I called to check up on her throughout the week. When I picked up my dog this week, she was happy and her tail was wagging. Since she is a shy rescue animal, I was quite relieved to see that they had gone out of their way to make her a part of their home for the week. This is a great service!
